Are you a compassionate communicator with a talent for sales?

Klipsch Senior Care is looking for a Care Advisor to join our mission of "Making lives better: every day, every interaction." In this pivotal remote role, you will serve as the first point of contact for families seeking support for their aging loved ones. You aren't just "answering phones"—you are a trusted guide, providing empathy and expert advice to help families navigate the journey of senior care.

Why Join Klipsch Senior Care?

We support seven Home Instead offices across Indiana (Evansville, Jasper, Terre Haute, Bloomington, Indianapolis, Kokomo, and Muncie). We are a values-driven organization built on Empathy, Integrity, and Passion. As a Care Advisor, you will play a direct role in our 12.5% year-over-year growth goal by turning inquiries into life-changing care solutions.

The Role: Impact & Responsibilities

As a Care Advisor, you will manage the "inside sales" and intake process for all seven of our Indiana territories. Your primary goal is to nurture leads and schedule Care Consultations for our local field teams.

  • Lead Management: Handle service inquiries via phone and digital platforms with a focus on empathy and active listening.
  • Consultative Sales: Diagnose client needs and recommend Home Instead® services and community resources that best fit their situation.
  • Coordination: Seamlessly schedule and hand off consultations to local office teams in our seven key Indiana markets.
  • Performance: Achieve conversion objectives to ensure seniors receive the care they need in a timely manner.
  • CRM Excellence: Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce to track inquiry activities and maximize lead potential.

What We Are Looking For

  • Location: You must live in the Indianapolis, IN area to allow for periodic regional collaboration and training.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Intake/Admissions. Experience in senior care or healthcare is a major plus!
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and the Office 365 suite (Word/Excel) is required.
  • Emotional Intelligence: The ability to remain calm, professional, and deeply empathetic when speaking with families in high-stress situations.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work some evenings or weekends as needed to support family inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Prior SalesForce experience (Other CRMs experience may be considered)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage leads across multiple territories.
  • A professional phone presence and a "can-do" positive energy.
