The Role - Run Your Portfolio Like a Business
  • Own a defined book of high-value players with clear targets for revenue, retention, and LTV expansion.

  • Operate as a commercial owner, every interaction has intention and impact.

  • Build genuine relationships paired with disciplined outreach rhythms.

  • Identify opportunities early: upsell, cross-sell, reactivation, churn rescue.

  • Deliver tailored bonuses, promos, and bespoke experiences backed by ROI.

  • Monitor daily player health: activity shifts, deposit behavior, risk signals, win/loss swings.

  • Intervene at decisive moments: activation, cold streaks, hot streaks, dormancy, near-churn.

  • Maintain clean, precise documentation of every interaction and decision.
