• Oversee end-to-end PTL operations, ensuring efficient load planning, vehicle utilization, and route optimization to achieve timely and cost-effective deliveries. • Coordinate with transporters and clients to manage dispatch schedules, vehicle placement, and cargo tracking for smooth shipment flow. • Handle client escalations and follow-ups, providing quick resolutions and maintaining consistent communication to ensure customer satisfaction. • Maintain and update PTL MIS reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to support management in performance tracking and decision-making. • Lead and guide the PTL operations team, allocating responsibilities, monitoring performance, and fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence. • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory norms, implementing and monitoring safety protocols during vehicle loading, unloading, and transit operations. • Analyze operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve service levels, and enhance overall PTL efficiency. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in PTL processes, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance productivity and customer experience.
