• Lead end-to-end product design for investor-facing applications, from early exploration through high-fidelity execution • Design clear, intuitive UI patterns for complex, data-rich workflows • Translate abstract product and user needs into concrete design solutions • Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems, explore solutions, and ship high-quality experiences • Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions and validate solutions • Advocate for usability, clarity, and consistency across the investor product ecosystem • Contribute to and help evolve shared design systems and standards
