• Support the operational design, financial modeling, and implementation of strategic business partnerships with hospitals and health systems. • Contribute to long-term relationship management by monitoring performance, identifying opportunities for optimization, and ensuring partnership objectives are met. • Perform detailed operational and financial data analysis for large healthcare systems to identify improvement opportunities, operational efficiencies, and cost-saving strategies. • Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations aligned with strategic partnership goals. • Conduct comprehensive operational assessments across laboratory workflows, staffing, equipment utilization, and productivity. • Develop and present process improvement recommendations that enhance operational performance and support strategic objectives. • Lead MSA (Management Services Agreement) implementation efforts as project manager, including creation of project plans, timelines, communication structures, and risk mitigation strategies. • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams—operations, finance, IT, supply chain, and executive leadership—to execute project deliverables and ensure successful transition outcomes.
