Job Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise software, cloud, AI, or consulting, including 5+ years leading multi-level, field-facing teams.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling strategic technology partnerships (e.g., hyperscalers, AI/ML platforms, or major ISVs), ideally including AI foundation model providers.
- Deep understanding of the AI, cloud, and data ecosystem, with the ability to credibly engage Anthropic, cloud partners, and C-level customer stakeholders on strategy and value.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets through ecosystem-led growth, co-selling, and joint go-to-market programs.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Strong operational discipline, including experience with pipeline management, partner governance, forecasting, and repeatable sales processes.
- Demonstrated success leading through influence in a matrixed environment, aligning Sales, Partnerships, Solutions, Delivery, and Marketing around shared partner objectives.
- Commitment to building inclusive, high-trust, high-performance teams, with a track record of developing talent and creating clear career paths.
- Ability to travel up to 40%.
