Job Description
We are looking for a talented Civil Engineer to join our Roadway/Highway Design team. This opportunity can be based out of any of our Indiana offices. The ideal candidate for this role will be a Professional Engineer with experience working on LPA and/or INDOT roadway design projects. Our transportation design team offers a variety of services, but most of our work involves roadway and bridge design for various local public agencies and state DOT’s.

\n- Work on a variety of DOT and/or LPA roadway/highway projects.
- Support project managers in the planning and execution of engineering projects.
- Take a lead role in project planning, design, and implementation.
- Manage project tasks, budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Delegate work to project team members.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Perform detailed engineering analysis and design tasks.
- Assist with proposals or funding applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and provides technical guidance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards,
- May perform other duties associated with this role.
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 8+ years of relevant civil engineering experience.
- Proficiency with project scheduling tools and software.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation
- Strong verbal and written communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including: Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Valid Driver's License
