Job Description
Job Requirements
- Several years of experience supporting senior-level leaders in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment
- Proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and collaborative platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing needs
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across teams
- Self-starter who is resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Experience supporting executives in the biotech, life sciences, or technology sector (preferred)
- Familiarity with project management tools or workflows (preferred)
- Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives or events (preferred)
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and contributing to process improvements (preferred)
