Job Description

• Serve as the senior developer for the analysis, troubleshooting, and evaluation of technology issues, as well as design, development, implementation, and support of applications. • Report and document problematic issues and escalate accordingly. • Solve mid to high-level technical issues ranging from general software questions to advanced machine interface or 3rd party integrations. • Track and maintain customer service requests and work orders. • Work with internal and external users, developers, and testing teams as needed. • Serve as a day-to-day contact for clients, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity. • Communicate fluently and effectively both formally and informally. • Help create new knowledge center articles & tutorials with screenshots to assist the client. • Identify team process gaps and work proactively to close them. • Assist the manager with establishing and managing SDLC standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field; or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of Technical Support or equivalent experience
  • 9+ years of recent hands-on software development work experience in RESTful API, C#, .NET, Entity Framework, MVC, WCF, Web Services, XML, AWS
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including presentation skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
