- Strong technical skills, including experience in motion planning or controls in autonomous vehicles for driving/parking, robotics, or ADAS systems.
- Driven, hands on, leader with strong skills in communication, influencing, and multi-functional team building across time zones.
- Creative problem solver who can handle ambiguous situations, reach consensus, and make decisions.
- Execution focus, with experience bringing new and innovative products and technologies into reality.
- 12+ years of relevant work experience with 5+ yrs of recent Product or Program Management experience.
- BS/MS Computer Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
