• Lead and administer the Enterprise Hardware Asset Management (HAM) program across the full asset lifecycle. • Provide direct management and accountability for a team of technical professionals. • Oversee asset procurement controls, inventory governance, deployment, transfer, disposition, maintenance, and warranty tracking. • Ensure effective asset recovery, data security controls, and endpoint governance. • Administer and govern hardware asset tracking platforms including ServiceNow HAM, Absolute Console, Microsoft Intune, and SCCM. • Establish and maintain enterprise asset management processes aligned with FFIEC guidance, COBIT 2019, and internal GRC standards. • Lead internal, external, regulatory, vendor, and licensing audit responses related to hardware assets. • Ensure accurate inventory reporting, reconciliation, and documentation to support regulatory and financial requirements. • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standard operating controls to mitigate cybersecurity, endpoint, and physical asset risk. • Partner cross-functionally to align asset controls with enterprise risk management and financial planning. • Define and publish KPIs related to inventory accuracy, compliance, asset recovery, risk mitigation, and cost optimization. • Provide input to and administer cost center spending, including capital asset and purchase order decisions. • Identify and recommend automation and tooling enhancements to improve governance and reporting maturity. • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve hardware asset management process maturity. • Conduct performance reviews, hire, and develop team members. • Support audit, regulatory, or operational needs outside of normal business hours as required.
