Job Description

• Serve as a technical leader supporting enterprise identity security initiatives across multiple programs • Integrate IAM architecture and engineering practices throughout the IT lifecycle • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, developers, internal stakeholders, and client teams • Develop and implement solutions that address complex identity and access challenges across enterprise environments • Support emerging authentication standards and evolving security frameworks

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Information Technology or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 2+ years of Microsoft Active Directory experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years of Microsoft Entra Active Directory experience
  • Experience with Identity Governance Administration and Lifecycle Management
  • Experience with Federated Identity Management (FIM)
  • Experience with authentication and authorization technologies and protocols, including: SAML, Kerberos, NTLM, OIDC, OAuth
  • Knowledge of multi-factor authentication (MFA) technologies, including: Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), One-Time Password (OTP), Biometrics, Other authentication factors
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
