Role Description

Eagleview, the leader in aerial imagery, is hiring a Product Operations Analyst for our Product Operations team. We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual. This role supports the development of product strategy and long-term objectives by delivering actionable insights that inform growth, profitability, and operational effectiveness. Reporting to the Manager of Product Operations, this individual will analyze product performance, customer behavior, and business metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that impact strategic execution.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with business acumen and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations that drive measurable impact across the product organization. We are a fast-paced, energetic team driven by continuous process improvement. We’re looking for motivated, organized, and independent team members. This position requires good communication skills and the ability to quickly pick up new technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Analysis & Planning Support: Assist in the development of long-term product goals and strategic objectives. Support quarterly and annual planning cycles by providing data-driven insights and performance analysis.
  • Product Performance Analysis: Write and execute queries to analyze product usage, feature adoption, customer behavior, and performance trends. Conduct cohort, funnel, and segmentation analyses to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure customer experience, product effectiveness, growth, and operational health. Develop and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into product performance.
  • Experimentation & Measurement: Design, measure, and interpret A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate product changes and validate strategic hypotheses. Ensure analytical rigor and clear interpretation of results.
  • Operational Monitoring: Identify, analyze, and monitor issues that affect adoption, retention, profitability, and productivity. Proactively surface insights and recommend corrective actions.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Product Management, User Experience, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment between product performance data and business objectives.
  • Data Storytelling: Translate complex datasets into clear reports and presentations for product leadership and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in querying large datasets.
  • Experience with BI and product analytics tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, Looker, Tableau, Gainsight PX or similar platforms.
  • Experience designing and interpreting A/B or multivariate experiments.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting Product Management or Product Operations teams in a SaaS, technology, or platform-based organization.
  • Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies.
  • Experience aligning analytics with OKRs, planning processes, and operational reporting frameworks.
  • Exposure to data modeling, Python, R, or advanced statistical techniques is a plus.
  • Experience working with distributed or global teams.
