Job Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Key Account strategy • Serve as the primary relationship owner for Key Account channel partner • Develop annual joint business plans (JBP) • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) • Negotiate pricing, rebates, MDF/co-op funds, and incentive programs • Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns, promotions, and events • Expand channel rep mindshare coverage • Analyze POS/sell-through, category trends, and competitive moves • Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate key account performance

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Seven (7) years of experience in sales, channel management, distribution strategy, or related roles
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Master’s degree from an accredited institution (additional qualification)
  • Strong understanding of various distribution models and channel dynamics
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on experience negotiating and managing complex contracts
