Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and provide administrative support to various teams.
  • Coordinate office activities and events to enhance team building and collaboration.
  • Handle incoming calls and serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and order office supplies while ensuring the office remains a productive environment.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • A high school diploma is required; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
