Role Description

The Associate, Data Reporting will work closely with the Manager, Data Reporting to deliver against all data reporting and documentation requirements for Per Scholas government contracts across all markets, including:

  • Tracking deadlines
  • Gathering documentation
  • Liaising with local staff to review and ensure compliance
  • Supporting program audits
  • Completing key data entry activities for federal and local government reporting purposes

This role will provide much-needed capacity to meet data reporting requirements and ensure compliance for existing, new, and future government contracts.

Qualifications

  • Strong data management skills, including compiling and submitting program data, tracking performance against contract goals, and allocating enrollees to active contracts
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with peers across training sites and the national training team
  • Responsiveness to deadlines and time-sensitive work
  • Commitment to data integrity, accuracy, and privacy across all reporting activities
  • Ability to handle confidential student data containing PII with strict adherence to Per Scholas’ PII policy
  • Ability to provide strong customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Interest in and a passion for Per Scholas’ mission
  • 1-2 years of experience working with data, databases, and reporting
  • Experience working with government data and systems preferred, but not required
  • High degree of aptitude for datasets, data entry, and troubleshooting online portals
  • Resourcefulness in meeting requirements and supporting colleagues
  • Interest in navigating and learning about new systems and databases
  • Highly organized approach to projects and assignments
  • High degree of responsibility and persistence for a body of work
  • Enthusiasm to build relationships with and support Per Scholas colleagues

  • Target salary range of $45,000 and $50,000
  • Salary determined by geography, qualifications, and experience
