Role Description
We're looking for a highly organized Remote Reservations & Scheduling Coordinator to oversee client bookings, manage timelines, and ensure all details are confirmed accurately and efficiently. This position plays a key role in maintaining smooth operations by handling scheduling logistics, tracking confirmations, and providing consistent communication throughout the coordination process. Ideal candidates are dependable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a remote environment.
- Coordinate and confirm reservations and scheduling requests
- Maintain organized records and monitor booking timelines
- Communicate updates, confirmations, and next steps with clients
- Ensure all information is accurate prior to finalization
- Provide responsive, professional support throughout the service process
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a citizen of the UK, USA, LATAM, Spain or Australia
- Previous experience in administration, coordination, hospitality, or client services (helpful but not required)
- Ability to work independently while utilizing provided systems and tools
- Tech-comfortable and confident navigating online platforms
