Role Summary
To provide the ProfitCoach Experience (Owning the Outcome, Ease of Doing Business, and Extraordinary Service) in the context of financial oriented coaching conversations that facilitate client commitment, resulting in greater entrepreneurial freedom for ProfitCoach clients.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal ProfitCoach Financial Performance Coach is a mid-stage professional with strong foundational instincts in business finance, coaching, and client engagement — and a clear trajectory toward mastery.
This individual may not yet have all answers, but demonstrates the curiosity, discipline, and initiative to quickly develop them. Initially taking a supporting role to tenured financial performance coaches, this role will morph into a senior position after extensive training.
They bring coaching intuition or emerging coaching skill, paired with financial confidence -- particularly the ability to think numerically, model scenarios, and work fluidly in spreadsheets under live conditions. They are comfortable engaging business owners, asking strong questions, and guiding conversations toward clarity and action, even while continuing to sharpen their craft. The successful candidate operates with a humble but scrappy mindset, actively seeking feedback and applying it.
Prior exposure to leadership, team coordination, or client-facing advisory roles is strongly valued.
Experience within the Single Family Rental (SFR) or property management industry is beneficial but not mandatory for candidates who demonstrate a strong drive to learn the nuances of the space and a commitment to mastery.
