Role Description

The Integration Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of client integrations. This role will work cross-functionally with other departments to communicate changes and updates on client integration status. This is a technical support role that works directly with our clients and helps with the integration of their new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Triage client requests via email and internal ticketing system
  • Manage support tickets which include mapping, testing, and communication to internal impacted teams and external clients
  • Run a Failure Report daily and process service requests
  • Create new and update existing client facing software “How To” guides as needed
  • Update existing internal process documents when changes occur
  • Create new internal process documents for all day-to-day tasks
  • Conduct weekly integration check-in calls with clients to ensure reliable data synchronization between systems
  • Create role continuity, cross-train with integration team members for back-up when out of the office
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

  • Experience in operational process improvement, systems integration coordination, and data analysis
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally across multiple departments
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills (active listening, providing and receiving feedback)
  • Highly organized, efficient, and able to work on multiple client projects concurrently
  • Ability to use creativity in solving complex problems

Nice to Have

  • Intermediate level of experience with Yardi or Entrata property management tools
  • Familiarity with system integration tools or APIs
  • Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Zendesk)
  • Experience working in technology, SaaS, or fast-growing companies
  • Bachelor Degree preferred, but equivalent work experience is acceptable
  • 2-3 years of experience in a technical or customer support role
