Job Description

• Work with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements. • Design tailored solutions that address complex business needs, utilizing tools like Shopify apps, Salesforce, automation, and AI to enhance operational efficiency. • Own and maintain integrations, with an emphasis on back-end systems such as our DAM, PIM, and transactional ESP. • Own end-to-end site health monitoring by establishing systematic processes to track, analyze, and resolve Shopify errors and performance issues, ensuring optimal customer experience. • Partner with marketing and merchandising teams to execute technical setup requirements, including gift card generation and promo code generation in Shopify. • Provide ongoing support to ensure seamless user experiences and effective use of Shopify solutions. • Analyze and optimize business workflows to identify opportunities for improvement. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pain points and recommend best practices for process enhancements. • Develop new and update existing Process Flows and accompanying documentation for business processes, requirements, and technical workflows. • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure proper system utilization. • Create and execute test plans to ensure the functionality, performance, and quality of digital operations solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise to minimize disruption. • Lead project scoping, scheduling, and execution, including UAT and production release. • Facilitate internal and cross-functional project meetings, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis or product management, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or technology.
  • A BA degree (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Ecommerce (Shopify preferred) and business operations, such as inventory management, purchasing, and finance.
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM software and integrations is a plus.
  • Background in retail operations is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for various stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with a focus on execution and problem-solving.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading large-scale initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Enthusiasm for social and environmental impact, and alignment with Brilliant Earth’s mission.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a startup-like environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and recommend innovative solutions.
