Job Description
Role Description
The Procurement Associate will assist with entering new vendor contracts into Privia’s contract management system for review, ensuring:
- Vendor has an acceptable exclusion report
- Documents are properly completed, tagged, linked to related documents
- Documents are set to track end date and issued for approval
Additionally, upon request, the Procurement Associate will:
- Draft and facilitate execution of Business Associate Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and Third Party Access Agreements
- Draft simple agreement amendments, such as term extension amendments, and facilitate execution
The Procurement Associate will collaborate with Privia’s Operations Team, care centers, and vendors to support:
- Growth of care center cost savings related to discounted pricing for medical supplies, equipment, pharmaceuticals, and other goods and services
- Management of participation reports
- Calls with new Operations Team members and care centers to discuss available savings opportunities
- Recurring calls with vendors to manage status around contract linking and cost savings analyses completion
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration preferred
- 1+ years experience working with procurement
- Familiarity with sourcing, contracting, and vendor management
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a knack for written and in-person communication
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
Requirements
- The salary range for this role is $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 in base pay, exclusive of any bonuses or benefits
- This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 10%
- The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location
