The Analyst/Associate will support M&A execution by performing financial modeling, valuation analysis, coordinating due diligence, and preparing investment materials for transactions from initial evaluation through closing. They will also support M&A business development by tracking and qualifying acquisition opportunities and assisting with relationship management.
