Job Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant work experience in Software Engineering or related fields
- 7+ years of experience in deep problem solving and decision-making skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
- 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, infrastructure, or distributed systems
- 2+ years of experience with AI/ML systems, including LLM integration or AI platform development
- Proven experience building enterprise-scale platforms from scratch supporting thousands of developers and high-volume workloads
- Experience in managing complex projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills; proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale automation solutions within complex organizational structure
