The Opportunity
We are seeking a Consumer Litigation Counsel (General Litigation or Labor Employment Litigation preferred) with single plaintiff litigation experience. Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) litigation experience is also valued. This is a remote position, but depending on the location, you may have the ability to come into a local Firm office.
The Day-To-Day
You Have
- At least 5 years of general litigation experience, preferably single plaintiff work.
- Fair Credit Reporting Act litigation experience and/or other consumer litigation experience preferred.
- Top law firm experience, or a combination of law firm and in-house experience.
- Strong work ethic and ability to drive cases to resolution.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Analytical skills, and verbal and written communication skills.
