What you'll do on the daily
You will become part of a team which will focus on innovation topics and redefine the customer journey in the hearing care space.

- Test new technology to enhance customer experience 
- Educate, demonstrate and train hear.com patients on the most effective ways to use and benefit from our devices  
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients  
- Close interaction with the Customer Sales Team  
- Collect learnings and share your knowledge with the biggest independent network of audiologists  
What you'll need
- Licensed HIS or Audiologist with 2+ year fitting experience 
- HIS must have passed the ILE
- Entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to change the industry 
- Great empathy, customer oriented, compassion, and enthusiastic   
- Ability to Multi-task: You're organized and able to work within a team, and have strong leadership habits with the self-discipline to be autonomous.
- Reliable Network Connectivity: You must be able to hardwire to your home network and your download speed must be above 100Mbps and upload speed above 20Mbps. We'll provide the necessary equipment (laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, ethernet cable, etc.).
What we offer
- Full-Time Schedule: Company working hours 8:00 am – 5:00 pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm (In your time zone) Monday – Friday.
- Competitive Compensation: Base: $61,800 + monthly bonuses (OTE $100,000 – 120,000)
