• Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation for the monthly, quarterly, and yearly close process with a primary focus on Expense accounting • Support cross functional teams with systems implementation and testing of financial data to ensure completeness and accuracy • Prepare various balance sheet account reconciliations ensuring proper supporting documentation and identifying and escalating potential issues • Assist with the preparation of monthly financial management reports, including variance analysis on GAAP statements • Analyze and document income statement and balance sheet fluctuations monthly, with an emphasis on prepaid expense management • Liaise with teams across multiple departments and locations to obtain and distribute financial information • Provide support and assessment for external and internal audit activities as necessary
