Role Description
The Client Services Liaison plays a key role in supporting the Client Services team by ensuring accurate data management, supporting reporting needs, and helping coordinate important client-related processes. This role helps ensure that client operations run smoothly and that internal teams have the information and support they need to deliver outstanding service.

What You'll Do
- Support the day-to-day operational needs of the Client Services team by helping maintain accurate system data, coordinating documentation, and assisting with reporting and client-facing materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain facility profiles within internal systems, ensuring account data remains accurate and up to date.
- Process facility updates submitted by Account Managers and Recruitment Leaders, including operational details such as trauma levels, bed size, and facility attributes.
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency across internal systems and documentation.
- Support administrative aspects of the contract lifecycle by organizing documentation and tracking key milestones.
- Assist with reporting setup and maintenance to support internal and client performance tracking.
- Gather and organize data to support account strategy discussions and internal reporting needs.
- Prepare reports and materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and assist with formatting client-facing presentations.
- Assist with Certificates of Insurance (COI) requests and other client documentation needs.
- Support audits, ad hoc data requests, and completion of client-required forms and documentation.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to help ensure smooth client operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 0–2 years of administrative, operational support, or customer service experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a sense of urgency.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across teams.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Experience in healthcare staffing or a staffing environment (preferred).
- Experience supporting client services, account management, or operational teams (preferred).
- Exposure to reporting tools, CRM systems, ATS platforms, or internal databases (preferred).

Compensation
Base Salary Range: $19.23 – $21.63 Per Hour. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and location.
