Role Description

Impact Scale is seeking to hire a detail-oriented, highly creative, and motivated Web & UI/UX Designer to join our team — someone obsessed with user experience, product design, and intuitive digital interfaces. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building high-performing digital experiences, including websites, landing pages, marketing funnels, and product interfaces that drive engagement and conversion. You’ll play a key role in designing visually compelling, intuitive, and conversion-focused digital experiences that align with both our internal products and our clients’ goals. Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually engaging web, mobile, and product user experiences
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI systems for websites, marketing funnels, applications, and digital campaigns
• Use tools such as Figma, Miro, and other UX/UI design platforms to design, prototype, and collaborate with internal teams
• Build and maintain websites using WordPress, Builder.io, and other CMS platforms
• Customize website templates and themes to meet brand and client needs
• Implement responsive and accessible design best practices
• Collaborate with developers, marketers, and content creators to deliver cohesive digital experiences
• Optimize websites and funnels for conversion, usability, and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve layout, UX, or functionality issues
• Stay current with modern design trends, tools, and emerging AI-driven design workflows

Qualifications

• Experience designing and prototyping with Figma, Miro, and other modern UI/UX design and collaboration tools
• Strong understanding of UX principles, customer journey mapping, and interface design
• Hands-on experience building websites with WordPress, Builder.io, or other CMS platforms
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript preferred
• Experience designing mobile-first and responsive interfaces
• Excellent eye for layout, typography, spacing, and color balance
• Experience designing conversion-focused landing pages, marketing funnels, and performance marketing creative is highly preferred
• Experience designing high-conversion digital products, landing pages, and user flows for performance marketing or lead generation environments is strongly preferred
• Ability to translate business requirements into clean, intuitive user experiences
• Experience collaborating with developers, marketers, and product teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and modern design workflows is a plus
• Portfolio required showing examples of UX flows, landing pages, and digital product interfaces
