• Coordinate end-to-end delivery aligned with internal project schedules • Manage readiness tasks including security clearances, access, accounts, tooling and logistics • Facilitate scoping calls with the testing team and ensure clarity of objectives, constraints, resources and timelines • Provide supporting documentation, templates and guidance for assessment preparation • Drive structured engagement through calls, updates and proactive stakeholder follow-up • Escalate delays, risks or blockers to senior stakeholders where required • Maintain oversight of concurrent assessments with consistent documentation controls • Produce, maintain and monitor the annual testing schedule
