Role Description

The Director of Sales – North America will lead commercial activities across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The position combines strategic sales leadership with hands-on market development in an environment focused on long-term customer engagement and technical specification selling. You will build on an established customer base in the electrical power equipment market while expanding new opportunities across engineered materials and composite applications. You will lead and develop the existing US sales organization while gradually expanding the commercial team as the North American platform grows.

  • Commercially driven sales leader with experience in technical B2B manufacturing environments
  • Strong business development and market expansion mindset
  • Experience leading and growing industrial B2B sales teams
  • Ability to develop executive-level customer relationships
  • Familiarity with OEM-driven industrial markets
