We are currently seeking a Manager, Patient Recruitment to join our diverse and dynamic team. As the Senior Manager in this role at ICON, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to enhance patient recruitment for clinical trials. Your leadership will be essential in driving efforts to engage and retain participants, ensuring that our studies meet enrollment targets while maintaining a focus on patient experience.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Developing comprehensive patient recruitment strategies tailored to specific clinical trials and therapeutic areas.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations and marketing, to create impactful outreach campaigns and materials.

  • Analyzing recruitment data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven adjustments as needed.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with patient advocacy groups and healthcare providers to enhance recruitment efforts.

  • Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in patient recruitment to continuously improve ICON’s approach.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in life sciences, healthcare, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.

  • Significant experience in patient recruitment for clinical trials, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory and ethical considerations in patient recruitment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.
