Job Description

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging. • Reach out to contractors and construction professionals to introduce the company’s platform. • Follow structured outreach cadences and maintain consistent prospect follow-up. • Schedule meetings or demos for the internal sales team when qualified prospects express interest. • Build and maintain lead lists based on guidance from the VP of Sales. • Research companies, contacts, and decision-makers within target markets. • Maintain accurate records in the CRM including call notes, outreach attempts, and lead status updates. • Execute outbound email campaigns and messaging sequences. • Schedule discovery calls or demos between prospects and the sales team. • Collaborate with leadership to improve outreach execution over time.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in cold calling, outbound prospecting, or appointment setting roles.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar tools.
  • Strong English communication skills (native or near-native English accent required).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and email prospecting.
  • Experience in SaaS or construction-related industries is a plus.
