• Execute daily operational tasks related to money movement servicing retail and corporate accounts. • Manage wire processing through internal systems and through Fedline Advantage and our correspondent bank. • Manage daily tasks for Bank Operations including other payment rails like ACH and card. • Develop, maintain, and update internal processes involving bank operations. • Maintain bank ledger accuracy and plan for daily reconciliation of bank and broker-dealer liquidity. • Serve as a key point of contact for day to day requests from Jiko customers and partners. • Evaluate requests and respond or escalate according to Jiko’s support procedures. • Capture client feedback and feature requests and collaborate with product and leadership to drive customer centric product changes. • Analyze trends, assist with reporting requests, and help to improve processes that deliver an excellent customer experience at scale.
