Job Requirements
- 5+ years in retained executive search or senior-level executive recruiting
- Experience managing multiple concurrent executive searches
- Demonstrated ownership of research strategy and market mapping (90%+ accuracy expected)
- Experience conducting executive-level interviews (VP, SVP, C-suite)
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- High standards for quality and accountability
- HR executive search experience within enterprise environments is strongly preferred, but those with an interest in HR retained executive search will be considered.
