Job Description

• Own research and market mapping strategy across multiple retained searches • Conduct first-round executive interviews and lead the majority of first-stage assessments • Exercise strong judgment in candidate calibration and advancement decisions • Play an active role in client update calls, presenting market insights and candidate recommendations • Mentor Associates and Associate Directors • Maintain high standards of quality, rigor, and execution • Directors typically manage six concurrent searches and deliver approximately 14+ searches annually. • Our HR Practice focuses on senior HR leadership roles — including CHRO, CPO, Chief Talent Officer, SVP Total Rewards, and Head of Talent Acquisition — primarily within large, complex, and Fortune 500 organizations.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in retained executive search or senior-level executive recruiting
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent executive searches
  • Demonstrated ownership of research strategy and market mapping (90%+ accuracy expected)
  • Experience conducting executive-level interviews (VP, SVP, C-suite)
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • High standards for quality and accountability
  • HR executive search experience within enterprise environments is strongly preferred, but those with an interest in HR retained executive search will be considered.
