Role Description
FWI is building a team to provide Program Management Office (PMO) Support Services for the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI), delivering comprehensive end-to-end testing and evaluation services for the DAI Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS 12.2.x) across both on-premises and future Oracle Cloud Infrastructure environments. As a Testing Manager, you will supervise a team of test specialists and manage all Independent Verification & Validation, regression, performance, automation, and Section 508 compliance testing activities across major, minor, and monthly production releases.
**Position is contingent upon contract award**
Work Schedule and Location:
- This is a full-time remote position.
- Work is performed Monday through Friday during standard core business hours (6:00 AM – 5:30 PM ET).
- Occasional travel to Fort Belvoir, VA may be required.
- Extended hours and/or weekend support may occasionally be required during major test events.
Responsibilities
- Manage all Testing and Evaluation (T&E) support for the DAI system including on-premises (DISA) and future Cloud (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) environments.
- Conduct Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) of system design, development, configuration, and requirements traceability for all test events.
- Maintain test artifacts (test cases, scripts, plans, deficiency reports, test reports) using MF Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Serena Dimensions Tools.
- Develop and maintain manual and automated test scripts using Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS).
- Conduct annual FFMIA testing as mandated by OMB.
- Manage SIT, UAT, and LUT planning, execution, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) and Test and Evaluation Plans (TEP).
- Conduct monthly Section 508 compliance testing and assessments.
- Support JITC interoperability certification activities.
- Participate in cybersecurity T&E and annual CEVA assessments.
Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience testing software applications including system, regression, acceptance, end-to-end, performance, and automation testing.
- Experience in an Agile environment; knowledge of System Operations, Engineering, and DevOps integration.
- Experience developing and maintaining test cases using designated automated test tools.
- Detailed familiarity with commercial test environments and operating procedures.
- Experience supervising a team of test specialists and managing complex, state-of-the-art test programs.
- Experience translating complex program requirements into testable objectives.
- Experience analyzing and recommending test cycle, test plans, safety reviews, and detailed test objectives.
- 5 years of Oracle EBS R12.2 platform experience.
- Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
- Must hold an active Secret clearance or equivalent Tier 3 (T3) background investigation.
