• Own conference and industry event preparedness from scheduling meetings to completing briefing documentation • Lead end-to-end planning for team onsites and industry events, including venue coordination, logistics, and pre-event communication • Coordinate onboarding schedules for new commercial team hires • Manage and optimize calendars for commercial leaders and team cadences (pipeline reviews, monthly and quarterly business reviews, leadership calls) • Own logistics for commercial leaders including travel arrangements, booking meeting rooms, and team events • Use AI to capture weekly sales pipeline meeting notes, identify action items, and track follow-ups • Triage day to day questions and needs from the team • Maintain and organize team Google Drive ensuring folders, links, and files are easy to navigate and up to date • Oversee an outsourced processing team managing a high volume of transactions monthly, ensuring the team follows established processes and maintains pace • Manage our Executive Sponsor program, ensuring meetings are scheduled, tracked, and followed up on
