Role Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and optimize monetization strategies across a complex, multi-product platform. The Senior Product Manager - Monetization will lead cross-functional initiatives, balancing product vision with data-driven decision-making to drive growth and platform adoption.

You will collaborate closely with design, engineering, data, and product marketing teams to craft experiments, refine user experiences, and launch features that maximize engagement and revenue. This position requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate insights into actionable product roadmaps. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end product development while continuously iterating to achieve measurable business impact. Ideal candidates have a deep understanding of monetization models, agile delivery, and experience with AI-enabled features or tools.

  • Lead the discovery of new opportunities and identify user pain points to inform a cohesive monetization roadmap aligned with overall product strategy.
  • Manage product development from idea to release, including defining user stories, personas, success metrics, and go-to-market plans.
  • Design and run experiments, beta programs, and user interviews to validate hypotheses and optimize product performance post-launch.
  • Develop and execute monetization strategies, sequencing feature launches to deliver compounding impact and align with long-term product goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing monetization strategies and bringing them successfully to market.
  • Experience managing agile product development within cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in analytics, data visualization, and A/B testing tools to inform product decisions.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps processes, practices, and structures.
  • Experience launching products or features leveraging LLMs or agentic AI to solve user problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to stakeholders.
