• Oversee the full lifecycle of desktop, laptop, and mobile devices including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning. • Manage and maintain accurate IT asset records using ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB modules. • Utilize Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager for device provisioning, compliance enforcement, and lifecycle management. • Manage and maintain Windows OS images, including application packaging and automated deployment workflows (Autopilot, task sequences, etc.). • Coordinate with engineering and support teams to build and maintain standardized images for hardware platforms and user roles. • Handle application installation and updates via imaging and Intune deployment, ensuring required software is delivered and maintained on endpoints. • Plan, coordinate, and execute monthly patch remediation cycles for Windows devices, ensuring timely and secure patch deployment. • Monitor patch compliance dashboards; track, report, and remediate non-compliant endpoints. • Collaborate with Security, Help Desk, and Endpoint Engineering teams to ensure endpoint standards and policies are followed. • Conduct periodic audits and reconcile asset data to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Create and maintain technical documentation, inventory reports, patch status metrics, and asset lifecycle dashboards.
