Role Description
The Territory Sales Director is responsible for leading regional sales strategy and execution across a defined geographic territory within the industrial services sector. This role focuses on revenue growth, strategic account development, team leadership, and customer relationship management. The Director will drive high-performance sales initiatives, ensure alignment with business goals, and serve as a key contributor to regional and national revenue targets.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Territory Sales Managers and Account Executives.
- Build strong relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and internal cross-functional teams.
- Oversee regional forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to senior leadership.
- Identify and pursue high-value sales opportunities in target markets (e.g., oil & gas, power generation, manufacturing, infrastructure).
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of service excellence.

- Awareness of regulatory, safety, and environmental issues relevant to industrial service delivery.
- Exceptional leadership and coaching skills to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- Advanced strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Skilled in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).
