Role Description

The company is expanding its marketing and communication capabilities and is seeking a freelance graphic designer to support ongoing creative and presentation tasks across digital and print formats.

We are looking for an independent freelance designer to collaborate with our team on a regular project basis. The role focuses on the development of presentations, marketing creatives, and print-ready materials, as well as adapting visual content across different formats and platforms. This position is best suited for a self-sufficient professional who can work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality visual materials with minimal supervision.

Key Focus Areas

• Presentation Design
  • Development of professional business presentations
  • Structuring information visually and clearly
  • Working both in professional tools and in Google Slides
• Marketing & Creative Materials
  • Creation of digital and offline marketing creatives
  • Development of visual materials for marketing campaigns and communications
  • Adaptation of creatives across multiple formats
• Print Design & Production
  • Preparation of print-ready layouts (brochures, flyers, catalogs, promotional materials)
  • Work with large-format printing and promotional merchandise
  • Proper preparation of files for production and printing
• Brand Style & Visual Consistency
  • Working within existing brand guidelines
  • Maintaining consistent visual identity across materials
  • Adapting brand style to different formats and platforms
  • Creating visual solutions from scratch when necessary
• Image Processing
  • Basic color correction and image retouching
  • Understanding of visual composition and image framing
  • Proper cropping and preparation of images for design layouts
• AI Tools in Design Workflow
  • Use of AI-based tools for design support (generation, upscaling, supporting tools)
  • Understanding of limitations and appropriate use of AI-generated content

Required Tools & Technical Skills

• Design Software
  • Mandatory confident use of:
    • Figma
    • Adobe Photoshop
    • Adobe Illustrator
    • Adobe InDesign
• Google Workspace
  • Practical and confident use of:
    • Google Slides
    • Google Sheets
    • Google Docs
  • Important: The designer should be able to build visually structured materials within Google tools, not just insert images and text, but work with layout options, formatting tools, and visual structure.
• Print Preparation
  • Understanding of print production requirements
  • Ability to correctly prepare files for printing
  • Experience with printed materials is highly desirable
  • Examples of real printed materials (photos or videos of final production) are considered a strong advantage.

• Response within reasonable working time (up to 2 hours)
• Transparent communication regarding deadlines and availability
• Reliability in meeting agreed timelines
• Willingness to occasionally handle urgent tasks
