Role Description

The Marketing Coordinator I plays a key role in delivering engaging, high-performing email marketing campaigns for Track Digital Marketing Services clients. This position is responsible for writing, editing, and deploying email communications (“e-blasts”) that reflect each brand’s voice and marketing goals across a diverse portfolio of travel and hospitality clients. The role includes developing and managing email campaigns, supporting new client onboarding, and ensuring ongoing campaign performance and quality. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple client initiatives while maintaining brand consistency and marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, proof, and deploy engaging email campaigns ("e-blasts") for assigned clients on a monthly basis.
  • Develop clear, persuasive email content aligned with each client's brand voice, style guidelines, and marketing objectives.
  • Build and implement email campaigns within the Brevo email marketing platform.
  • Ensure all emails are accurate, properly formatted, and approved prior to deployment.
  • Manage email marketing initiatives that drive brand engagement, website traffic, and direct bookings.
  • Follow the content development and optimization process from concept through research, approvals, editing, and final proofing.
  • Monitor and understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Utilize analytics and reporting tools to assess campaign results and improve customer lifecycle engagement and conversion performance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, Digital Marketing Managers, and internal team members to ensure alignment and successful campaign execution.
  • Support onboarding for new email marketing clients and help maintain ongoing campaign performance.
  • Apply best practices in email marketing, customer journey strategy, and storytelling within a B2C environment.
  • Contribute creative ideas and stay informed on consumer and industry trends to enhance campaign performance.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of relevant marketing, communications, or digital marketing experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear, engaging marketing content.
  • Ability to consistently manage workload and produce 30-40 email campaigns per month while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to follow established writing standards, brand guidelines, and editorial processes.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to suggest new ideas that improve content quality and campaign performance.
  • Basic graphic design and photo editing experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and digital marketing tools. Experience with Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Canva is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry is a plus.
