Role Description

This role is responsible for driving the growth, operational excellence, and strategic execution of cloud and ISV partnerships with hyperscale providers such as AWS, Microsoft, and Google. You will lead initiatives that scale multi-cloud collaboration, enable solution incubation, and ensure alignment across internal teams and partner stakeholders. This position blends strategy, operational rigor, and cross-functional leadership to maximize revenue, streamline partner processes, and accelerate joint go-to-market execution. You will influence executive-level engagements, develop actionable business plans, and maintain scalable systems and processes that enable rapid, measurable impact. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and focused on delivering mission-aligned outcomes across complex technical ecosystems.

  • Lead end-to-end growth strategy for cloud and ISV partnerships, including account prioritization, onboarding, and success metrics.
  • Serve as the primary liaison and program manager for cloud and ISV partner programs, incentives, and funding requests.
  • Operationalize scalable processes for deal registrations, CRM integrations, partner portal management, and audit-ready compliance.
  • Translate partner incentives and programs into actionable go-to-market plays that align with business priorities.
  • Support executive-level engagements, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic roadmap discussions.
  • Drive solution incubation initiatives with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between technical, sales, and delivery stakeholders.
  • Partner with marketing and enablement teams to create clear partner messaging, solution battlecards, and training programs.
  • Monitor partnership performance and maintain reliable reporting and data hygiene for leadership visibility.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, cloud alliances, or strategic partner operations (AWS, Microsoft, Google, or ISV ecosystem).
  • Proven ability to develop business plans, KPIs, and success metrics for multi-cloud or ISV partnerships.
  • Strong program and project management skills, including ownership of cross-functional initiatives and governance frameworks.
  • Experience managing CRM integrations, deal registrations, partner portals, and maintaining data accuracy.
  • Ability to collaborate across technical, sales, marketing, delivery, and compliance teams to align strategy and execution.
  • Experience coordinating executive-level partner engagements and translating partner programs into actionable solution opportunities.
  • Familiarity with federal or regulated markets, cloud consulting, SI partnerships, or enterprise technology ecosystems is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications with AWS, Microsoft, or Google Cloud are advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multi-cloud partnerships and prioritize competing initiatives effectively.
