Role Description

AO Globe Life is actively hiring qualified candidates to support veterans and their families in understanding and accessing supplemental benefit programs. This remote career opportunity combines flexibility, professional growth, and purpose-driven work focused on serving those who have served our country. All client consultations are pre-scheduled and requested—no cold outreach or prospecting is required.

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom with veterans and their families
  • Clearly explain supplemental life, accident, and health benefit options
  • Guide clients through enrollment and provide post-enrollment support
  • Maintain accurate and compliant digital records and follow-up communication
  • Participate in weekly training sessions, team development calls, and leadership workshops

Qualifications

  • Experience in benefits advising, client service, or consultative sales
  • Strong virtual communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Organized, mission-driven, and coachable mindset
  • Familiarity with Zoom, CRM platforms, and digital documentation tools
  • Personal connection to or passion for supporting the veteran community
