Job Description
Job Requirements
- Significant corporate real estate experience in a lease administration function
- Deep understanding of how lease practices, taxes, and regulations vary across global regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and NA)
- High proficiency in global lease administration databases (e.g., CoStar, Enterprise Prolease, Visual Lease)
- Familiarity with FASB (ASC 842 ) and lease accounting practices in a large corporate environment
- Exemplary ability to distill complex issues into clear directives and interact effectively to obtain alignment from diverse stakeholders
- Excellent mathematical skills with the "detective mindset" needed to spot anomalies and solve problems
- Proven ability to remain highly responsive and organized in a fast-paced, multi-time zone environment
