Job Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in commercial analytics
- 5+ years leading data science and AI/ML initiatives within healthcare or life sciences
- 7+ years of leadership experience building, scaling, and leading high-performing analytics teams in biotech or pharmaceutical environments
- Deep, hands-on expertise in data science, machine learning, statistical modeling
- Demonstrated experience implementing and scaling generative and agentic AI analytical solutions in real-world business settings
- Strong business acumen with a track record of translating advanced analytics into strategic and operational impact
- Exceptional leadership capabilities, with a passion for coaching, developing, and inspiring talent (direct and indirect)
- Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to drive change, align stakeholders, and articulate a compelling analytics and data science vision.
