You will play a key role in onboarding mid-market clients and ensuring their operational integration is seamless, efficient, and scalable. Acting as a bridge between operations, supply chain teams, and external partners, you will coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver outstanding onboarding experiences. The position requires strong program management skills, operational insight, and the ability to solve complex logistical challenges. With significant collaboration across internal teams and merchants, you will help optimize fulfillment strategies and drive operational success during critical onboarding phases.
- Lead the operational onboarding and implementation process for mid-market clients, ensuring a smooth transition into the fulfillment ecosystem.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, analytics, forecasting, quality, and sales teams to deliver successful implementations.
- Develop strategic fulfillment plans tailored to merchant requirements, including SKU complexity, packaging specifications, and operational workflows.
- Act as the primary escalation point for operational or fulfillment challenges during the early onboarding phase.
- Analyze merchant demand and forecast volume requirements while coordinating with internal teams to manage capacity and operational impacts.
- Identify and design scalable operational solutions that address custom merchant requirements while aligning with existing processes.
- Maintain compliance with relevant operational policies, including safety and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational onboarding processes and enhance the overall merchant experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in fulfillment operations, supply chain operations, or operational program management.
- Proven experience working with merchants, suppliers, or external third-party partners in a logistics or supply chain environment.
- Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of emotional intelligence and stakeholder management ability.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive initiatives to completion within complex organizations.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience using tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Ability to manage operational challenges and implement practical, scalable solutions in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness and ability to travel nationally up to approximately 60% of the time.
