Are you an experienced sales professional passionate about building strategic partnerships in the Commercial space? Ivanti is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Senior Commercial Account Manager that can help to drive revenue growth by expanding our Commercial client base and enabling the success of our overall sales team.

Why We Need You!

Ivanti is seeking a Senior Commercial Account Manager to drive new business and up-sell revenue within multiple regions. The Senior Commercial Account Manager will take ownership of revenue generation, develop new opportunities, manage pipelines, build & execute account strategies, close enterprise-level deals, and lead customer expansion for our award-winning technology. 

What You’ll Do:

  • The main purpose of this role is to meet identified sales targets by selling products, systems, and services via telephone or electronic means to customers or accounts within an assigned territory 
  • You will conduct outbound sales campaigns for company's accessories, services, peripheral, add-on, and upgrade products 
  • This role will generate prospective opportunities through cold calling and qualifying and following up with sales leads from other sources (sales can be made through multi-channel, inbound and/or outbound sales activities) 
  • Build and develop relationships within assigned accounts, and identifying new prospects 
  • Meet or exceed identified sales targets, while exceeding company standards for activity metrics (phone, contact, and pipeline generation) and documentation of customer interactions 
  • Responsible for accurate and timely revenue forecasting and updates 
  • Execute policies and procedures related to opportunity quoting and sales order processing and ensure all sales orders are processed to the agreement with the customer 
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to maintain customer accounts, contacts, and sales records and other general administrative tasks to fulfill departmental targets   

To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have

  • 4-5+ years of experience and successful track record in technology sales
  • Proven track record of driving multiple concurrent sales cycles. exceeding sales quotas, and retiring quota 
  • Ability to articulate the sales process and territory management process 
  • Passion for in-depth technical knowledge of products, systems and services 
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce.com experience a plus) that demonstrates an understanding of how regular data updates and creating accurate forecasts contributes to sales efficiency  
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the industry, as well as the competitive posture of the company 
  • Motivation to expand personal and professional knowledge of product and sales skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with solid presentation skills 
  • Able to build and nurture strong collaborative relationships with territory and account team members 
  • Polished professionalism with above average organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
