- Lead and mentor a global team of data scientists, fostering innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field; Master’s or Ph.D. preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics roles.
- 5+ years of experience managing and mentoring data science or analytics teams.
- Experience with healthcare data, adtech, marketing analytics, or other domain-specific large-scale datasets.
- Strong expertise in Python, SQL, Spark, and modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost).
- Deep understanding of statistics, causal inference, and media measurement or attribution methodologies.
- Experience with privacy-aware data practices and regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA).
- Excellent communicator with the ability to convey technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in global, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
