Job Requirements
- 2-4 years’ experience in content development and marketing communication
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or similar majors
- Prior advertising agency experience a plus; healthcare industry experience a plus
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills, with ability to self-manage workflow and different priorities
- Able to consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using Canva, or similar design platforms, for social media creation
- Track record of collaborating with others on the marketing teams to deliver business outcomes
- A client service mentality – you understand that we exist to support and deliver for the practices that are part of UMP
- Passion and infectious enthusiasm for marketing as a key growth driver
- Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills – ability to collaborate and work well with others; ability showcase your work and demonstrate how it connects with our business objectives
