Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of merchandising, product development, or client-branded program experience with demonstrated impact on enterprise revenue growth
- Proven success leading high-value pitch presentations and influencing senior client stakeholders
- Advanced commercial acumen, including pricing architecture, profitability modeling, margin scenario planning, and retail math
- Experience shaping sourcing strategy and product architecture across domestic and overseas manufacturing environments
- Exceptional storytelling, executive communication, and consultative selling skills
- Ability to operate strategically in high-ambiguity, competitive sales environments
- Strong cross-functional leadership across Sales, Creative, Sourcing, and Implementation teams
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and elevate team capability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Illustrator; Jira and Smartsheet experience preferred
- Willingness to travel to enterprise client meetings, trade shows, and strategic events as required
- Operates with urgency, precision, and enterprise-level commercial discipline
- Adaptable, solutions-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
